The Expert
My name is Katy Jean Weprin and I’m a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher trained through Balanced Body. I’ve been teaching Pilates over 8 years and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology- Exercise Science. I work with people who have a wide range of fitness and health goals, however, I’m most specialized in working with people living with physical pain and limited range of motion.
